Customer agrees to pay product price plus shipping for items purchased through online store. Customers residing in Tennessee may be subject to sales tax, as indicated on your checkout page.
Should your item be back ordered, we will give you the opportunity to receive a complete refund or wait for your item. In normal circumstances your item will ship within five days of receiving cleared payment.
Tracking information will be sent to you so that you may monitor the progress of your package.
Items carrying a manufacturers warranty should be returned to the manufacturer in the event of defect.
Refurbished or remanufactured items carry 90 day warranties, all returns and repairs must be sent to the manufacturer.
Should you receive an incorrect item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Any item returned without the correct RMA will result in delaying your refund, possilby preventing refund altogether. Items must be returned within 7 days from date of receipt.
All items are shipped via UPS or FED EX or USPS. Shipping insurance is included in the shipping price. Shipping claims must be made with the carrier.

MOST ITEMS ARE COVERED BY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY, THESE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
